We ship to all of Spain and the European Union. If you're placing an order from outside these areas, please contact us before completing your purchase to confirm availability.


2. Delivery Times

  • Standard domestic shipping: 3 to 7 business days

  • Express domestic shipping: 1 to 3 business days

  • International shipping: 7 to 15 business days (may vary depending on destination and customs)

Note: Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods, promotional events, or due to external factors such as weather conditions.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic orders:
    Standard shipping rates apply.

  • International orders:
    Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.


4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.


5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
